Dan's radio interview at the fair...
"See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ." Colossians 2:8

"Jesus - Our Only Hope" New Video!
Jesus is our only hope of Heaven, don't rely on your own "goodness" to save you. Repent and put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ today!
Welcome to the website of ........... Daniel Nuckols
Soapboxes... Bullhorns... and Pulpits... Throughout history there has always been ways to get people's attention, to convey a message, to influence. That's exactly what this website is. Dan Nuckols' pulpit to the world. However, the ways in which he preaches is not always conventional. He often uses cartoons to make a point or maybe he'll convey his message through graphics or maybe just write
Whatever the means, Dan's ultimate message remains the same: The Lord Jesus Christ is the Creator, Savior, and is the King. That He is coming back to judge the world in righteousness. Only those who have repented and put their trust in Christ will live forever, all lawbreakers will have their place in the Lake of Fire which is the second death. Dan's call to unbelievers is to repent. And for believers to live for Christ's Kingdom and not their own, because Christ's Kingdom is the only thing that is going to last.
The theory of Evolutionism is one of the many lies the devil uses to blind unbelievers and even some believers. Dan tries to shoot down this laughable "theory" of "science" among other lies. By the way, who said that preachers can't joke around while they are at it?

"I don't really know when I drew my first cartoon. But I know from a very early age I loved cartoons. My favorite shirts to wear when I was four or five were Mickey Mouse and Pillsbury Doughboy... I grew up watching the classic Disney cartoons. At one point I had to watch Robin Hood at least once a day! Cartoons always fascinated me. But it wasn't until I was 10 or 11 that I actually tried drawing them. I remember I making some horrible looking cartoons that were not even funny and showing my dad to see if they would make him laugh. He gave me some pointers on humor and introduced me to his favorite type of cartoon - the single-panel, one gag cartoon... Like the Far Side by Gary Larson. The Far Side soon became one of my favorite cartoons too.
Then my big break came... When I was fourteen, the president of the Twin Cities Creation Science Association asked if I would be interested in drawing cartoons for their monthly newsletter. In the past they would print a lot of Dan Lietha's creation science cartoons. But at this point Dan Lietha had moved on to Answers in Genesis in Kentucky, and they were wondering if I would like to do the cartoons instead. So I launched a cartoon strip called "Primordial Soup" in 1998. I followed up with another creation science series in 2002 called "Monkey's Cuz." The ideas for some of the characters went back much further than 02, but I officially launched the series in my Dad's creation science textbook for his homeschool students. In 1999 and 2001 I came out with two books featuring my single-panel cartoons that were in the tradition of Gary Larson.
My creation science cartoons have since been posted on TCCSA's website (www.tccsa.tc), and have received much flak from angry atheists and evolutionists. I find it funny that they never debate the facts I bring up, but will criticize the my humor, artwork, and intelligence. One of the ones that have created the most stir has been my Monkey's Cuz "Races" one. I guess anytime you mix evolutionism, Hitler and Jews in one cartoon you're bound to get beat up! I personally don't mind the flak, for one it makes me think my message is getting accross. Also, because Jesus said to be careful when people speak well of you (Luke 6:26), because then you are probably just tickling people's ears and not speaking the Truth. Some may say that I paint evolutionists as dumb or stupid. I am not saying that they are dumb in a academic sense, but in denying the obvious - the fact that God exists they are fools. The Bible says this too, that the one who denys the existence of God is a "fool" (Psalm 53:1).
Some claim that because I deal with "heavy" topics my cartoons are not even humorous. I would agree that some of cartoons are entirely political. They are trying to drive the truth accross. I like the quote by the famous cartoonist Bill Watterson: "Surprise is the essence of humor, and nothing is more surprising than the truth." - Bill Watterson, Cartoonist of "Calvin and Hobbes."
I graduated from homeschool in 2004. That next school year I developed and taught a 16 lesson cartoon course for 30 homeschool students. In march of 2005 I got a call from the Washington Post asking if they could use one of my Primordial Soup cartoons for a special on the history of Intelligent Design vs. Evolutionism (it was very biased towards evolutionism of course). They used my cartoon to represent the creation side.
In the fall of 2005, I took Distance Ed courses full time. For the spring semester, I attended Northwestern College towards a degree in Graphic Design. I also attend on campus for the 06-07 school year. While I was on campus I created a cartoon series called, "NWC Egos" (this name is a play on the NWC mascott, the "eagle"). I also drew caricatures of students for the school newspaper, "The Column," and created Music Department promotional and recital pieces.
